RETURN POLICY
Returns on items eligible are accepted within 14 days of ship date. Returns must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached, in the state you received them. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.
Please note that we do not accept returns on Final Sale items, custom-made products, or products that are specified as non-returnable in its description. Embroidered items are also final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
The customer is responsible for return shipping. To initiate a return, please contact us. Please include a copy of your invoice to ensure proper credit in a timely manner (approximately 2 weeks from return arrival). You will receive a refund of the purchase price (minus original shipping costs) directly to the method of payment used for the purchase. An email will be sent once your refund has been issued.
If you would like to exchange an eligible items, please contact us. Be sure to include your order number as well as reason for exchange.
Unfortunately at this time we do not allow International Returns. All international order are final.
